Evidence
Takedowns get rejected and distributors deny everything when evidence is thin. We build every confirmed case to a standard that holds up — to a marketplace, a partner, or a court.
Chain of custody
The moment a case is confirmed, the clock starts. Each artifact is captured, timestamped, and sealed in order, so nobody can argue about what was true and when.
Grey listings move fast. We archive the full page and seller profile the moment a case opens — not after the seller cleans up.
When a case warrants it, we order the actual unit from the grey seller, under controlled procurement.
Batch codes, serials, packaging, and labels are checked against your records — diversion, tampering, or counterfeit, named precisely.
Full-page capture of the seller storefront, archived.
One unit purchased through the grey listing.
Batch code, packaging, and serial checked against brand records.
Ready for enforcement — no further work on your side.
Inside a pack
Timestamped full-page captures of the listing, seller profile, and pricing history.
Order trail, payment record, shipping documents, and unboxing photos for the purchased unit.
Analyst findings on batch codes, serials, labeling, and condition — checked against your records.
A hash-sealed index of every artifact in order, so the chain of custody is never in question.
Why the sealing matters
Every file gets a cryptographic fingerprint the moment it's captured. Change one pixel of a screenshot afterwards and the fingerprint breaks — so the record proves the evidence is exactly what we collected, when we collected it.
It's built to the standard marketplaces require for takedowns and legal teams need for cease-and-desist or court. The same pack works in a distributor conversation — usually the fastest fix of all.
That's exactly why we capture first and seal immediately. The seller can delete the listing; they can't delete our record of it.
We'll walk you through an anonymized evidence pack on a call — and what your version would look like.
